The Herzog Group has been operating in Brazil for over 90 years in various industrial and commercial activities. Herzog Imobiliária Ltda. was created with the objective of managing the group’s properties and, as of 1984, specialized in the commercialization of industrial real estate, having become the market leader with over 16 million square meters of property commercialized. The company’s activities expanded to also compete in the office, shopping mall and tenant representation areas.
With the objective of offering a comprehensive portfolio of services, Herzog Administração de Propriedades was created and has become, a leader in the management of Business parks, and consultancy.
The professionalism adopted by Herzog’s since its creation, has allowed it to build a highly qualified and knowledgeable team, with an average experience in excess of 10 years. Frances Margaret Herzog

(in memorian)

Founder of Herzog, Frances was born in the United States and came to Brazil in 1949. She studied at the College of Engineering at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, in Troy, New York, and Economics at the Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. She began her professional career as a credit analyst at Chase Manhattan Bank, and subsequently acted as a real estate consultant for small, medium and large companies.
With high entrepreneurial ability, dynamism, leadership and teamwork orientation, Frances instilled in Herzog the highest ethical and moral standards, which will continue to be followed and defended by all those who work in the company.
