Our Consulting area offers a comprehensive scope of services for industrial real estate owners, investors and developers, as well as office space users and store chains, with the objective of providing all the information necessary in all aspects involving property ownership, investing and occupation. Our Consulting also works closely with Herzog’s commercialization, property management, technical appraisal and market opinion area.

Our consulting services comprise:

• Analysis of the industrial and office real estate markets in order to assist companies in their decisions regarding space occupation, acquisition and disposition of properties;
• Portfolio analysis referent to the utilization of existing properties and/or new property assets, that is, assessments that aid decisions regarding new investments or disposition of properties;
• Studies involving the development and feasibility of business parks, as well as the analysis of projects from a market, marketing and operational perspective;
• Market analyses, including supply and demand of store chains/retail, prices charged in dispositions/leases/key money, stock, identification of trading areas according to market research.
