Herzog assumed a position in the market to exclusively represent the interests of users / tenants in their search for space, contract negotiations and renegotiations of corporate offices and store chains. With this, Herzog is not committed or bound to any investment owner, property developer or owner. Such posture provides us greater negotiation power with owners and also the freedom to present everything that’s available in the market.

Our business model is in line with the trend adopted in other parts of the world: to define the most logical path to be followed by corporate real estate firms and oriented by the major concentration of incorporated office areas in big metropolises.

There exist a large number of real estate companies that clearly represent the owners of projects (Owners Representation). Such companies are responsible for the launching and commercialization of real estate projects; property management and many times also manage their receivables. And, due to this close relationship with building and commercial property owners, such real estate firms end up limiting their business scope: There’s no doubt that they lose considerable negotiating power when they’re contracted by a corporation to search, negotiate or renegotiate a commercial property.
